yuneng-jiang 82de82f1b6 Fix test_completion_cost_prompt_caching gemini parametrization ... gemini/gemini-2.5-flash lacks cache_creation_input_token_cost in the model cost map, causing a TypeError when the test multiplies cache_creation_input_tokens by None.
