Ryan Crabbe b1a0a3fc17 fix(tests): use Sonnet 4.5 for Bedrock invoke prompt-caching tests ... Claude 3.5 Sonnet v2 reached EOL on Bedrock 2026-03-01, returning the same 404 EOL error as 3.7 Sonnet.
