- Add install-node target with NODE_MAJOR support in Makefile
- Update client/server Makefiles for Go build compatibility
- Enhance docs/setup_ubuntu_2204.sh with modular install functions
- Update yarn.lock for ui/homepage and ui/panel
- Minor HTML update in ui/dist/index.html
